Shipping policy

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.00 within Australia and includes a tracking number. Larger items incur a higher shipping fee, all shipping in calculated in checkout. Express shipping is available for $15.00 within Australia.

Products are made to order therefore please allow up to 3-16 weeks to receive shipping confirmation. Orders with painted items may take longer due to high demand. In some instances, due to high volume in sales your order/s will take longer to ship out. Please know we're doing the best we can to get your orders out as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped you will receive shipping confirmation along with your tracking number.

We only use Australia Post to deliver all packages to ensure that they can be tracked during their journey to you.

QLD: 3 to 7 business days
ACT: 4 to 6 business days
NSW: 4 to 6 business days
NT: 9 to 14 business days
SA: 6 to 8 business days
TAS: 7 to 9 business days
VIC: 5 to 8 business days
WA: 9 to 13 business days

We also ship internationally however shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your products and on what country you live in. Please contact us if your country is not listed on our website. We are not responsible for any taxes or charges charged by your country.
